About Lina

Please allow me to tell you about my mission in creating this here space. Also why I want you to be a part of the journey.

My Mission
I’m Lina—joyful wellness seeker, and lover of all things homemade and Holy Spirit-led.
Welcome to Wisdom4Healing. This little corner of the internet is where faith meets health, grace meets grit, and we chase abundant life—not the kind found in a bottle, but the kind promised by Jesus in John 10:10.
Let’s get one thing clear: I don’t have it all figured out. I’ve burned the quinoa, skipped workouts, prayed for healing while holding a cookie… and you know what? God’s grace met me in all of it. I’m here to share not only what’s worked, but also what’s wrecked—because every step, even the messy ones, is part of the journey He’s using to refine us.
I’m a 47-year-old wife to my true love and , Jarvis (whom deserves a reward just for putting up with my endless herbal tea purchases), mama to four incredible adult children, and a proud grandma of two beautiful girls and three wonderful boys. Life is full and blessed, and in the midst of it, the Lord has stirred a calling in me to encourage others in stewarding the bodies He’s given us.
I believe God designed our bodies with wisdom, and when we slow down and listen, we often hear His quiet instruction through them. Doctors and medicine? Praise God for them. But sometimes the Holy Spirit speaks through hunger cues, tired feet, and the reminder to rest.
This space is for more than wellness tips—it’s a ministry of encouragement. Whether it’s choosing foods that energize, finding movement that delights (even if it’s dancing in the kitchen to worship music), or discovering soul-deep healing through Scripture and prayer, my heart is to walk with you as we grow stronger—spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
Let’s be real: health isn’t about perfection—it’s about progression. So if you’re here for real talk, heartfelt advice, the occasional holy laughter, and a sister in Christ who will pray with you through it all, you’re in the right place.
Here at Wisdom4Healing, we seek the kind of health that honors God, nurtures families, and sustains our calling. So grab your Bible, maybe a smoothie (or a cookie—no judgment!), and let’s walk this wellness journey together with Jesus leading the way.
With love and grace,
Lina
A Letter from My Heart
Why I Share What I Share at Wisdom4Healing
Dear friend,
If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably a little like me—trying to make sense of this thing called health in a world full of noise. You’ve heard the hype, you’ve tried the kale, and you might even have a graveyard of half-used supplements in the back of your pantry (don’t worry—I see you, and I’ve been there too).
As a 47-year-old women, learning to balance life, love, and lemon water. Over the years, I’ve walked through my own seasons of healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Some of those seasons came with answers. Others? Just more questions and a deep need to depend on the Lord. But through it all, I’ve learned that real healing doesn’t come from striving—it comes from stewardship and surrender.
That’s why I started Wisdom4Healing
I wanted a space to share what I’ve discovered—products, resources, and services that truly support our health and healing journeys, not just sell us something shiny and hollow. And I wanted to do it in a way that honors God and reflects my values. Most of what I share here are things I’ve personally tried, and or researched, and prayed over. No gimmicks. No pressure. Just honest recommendations from one person to another, rooted in faith and a deep love for helping others live well, and find healing in the power of Jesus.
I’m also passionate about supporting fellow Christians—small business owners, makers, and creators whose products line up with biblical values and a heart to serve. So if I find something beautiful, wholesome, or helpful from a sister or brother in Christ, you better believe I’m going to share it like a casserole recipe at a potluck.
Whether you’re looking for natural supplements, nourishing routines, a good night’s sleep, or simply hope on the hard days—I pray this space becomes a refuge and a resource.
If you’re curious, I’d love for you to:

2. Or simply stay a while and learn more
Let’s walk this journey together—gracefully, prayerfully, and maybe with a little laughter along the way. After all, a cheerful heart is good medicine… and so is magnesium.
With deep gratitude,
Lina 🙂
